Fed up with the men she's been dating, Maggie runs right into Shane Chase—and a plate of chili fries. He makes a nice diversion, but already burned by one woman, he isn't interested in more than a fling.

Kyle Chase is more than ready, however, and once his brother is out of the way he steps in to pursue Maggie for himself. Their happiness is overshadowed by a threat from her past, though.

As usual Lauren Dane delivers an entertaining, fast-paced, and hot story in an emotionally charged tale of two people coming together not just for steamy sex, but friendship and respect. Maggie is sweetly independent and really comes into her own, and Kyle is more than willing to go along for the ride. The rest of the Chase family is fantastic. I'm already addicted to this series!
